Stefanie Beharry, CPA

Stefanie Beharry is the founder of REI Finance and a strategic CFO advisor to service-based businesses navigating growth, profitability, and cash flow complexity. After more than a decade in corporate finance, Stefanie stepped into entrepreneurship to build a firm grounded in clarity, intention, and the belief that financial strategy should support both strong businesses and full lives.
During her corporate career, Stefanie held progressively senior roles in Financial Planning & Analysis, supporting C-suite leaders with forecasting, budgeting, and decision-ready financial insights. She led cross-functional planning initiatives, managed multi-million-dollar budgets, and helped organizations translate complex financial data into clear strategic direction—experience that now shapes the work of REI Finance.
Today, Stefanie leads a team providing CFO-level guidance to service-based business owners and leadership teams who want more than reports and reactive advice. REI Finance partners with growing businesses to improve profitability, stabilize cash flow, and support confident, forward-looking decisions—using financial clarity as a tool for sustainable growth and life beyond work.
Fun Fact: Outside of work, Stefanie enjoys exploring new cuisines, planning travel with her family, and thinking deeply about how to design a life that supports freedom, purpose and connection.
Carolina Jimenez, CPA
Fractional CFO @ REI Finance
With over 14 years of experience in both public accounting and industry roles, Carolina Jimenez is a CPA, CA who specializes in helping businesses navigate complex financial challenges while fostering growth and sustainability. Carolina brings a wealth of knowledge in financial strategy, risk management, and corporate accounting.
Having worked in public accounting at PwC and with firsthand industry experience, Carolina is skilled at leveraging financial data to support strategic decision-making, improving profitability, and mitigating risk.
Her focus is on helping a wide range of organizations strengthen internal controls, enhance cash flow and financial performance, and improving operational efficiencies.
Fun Fact: Carolina owns her own 12M REI portfolio, bringing these expertise to her clients. She loves fitness and has participated in body-building competitions in the past. Cooking with her children is her current passion.
Patrick Beaudry
Bookkeeper (Canadian Operations), REI Finance
Patrick is a detail-oriented bookkeeper who brings structure, clarity, and care to the financial side of business. He supports real estate and service-based businesses with accurate, timely books that become the foundation for confident decision-making. With a deep curiosity for how money works and a passion for helping others feel in control of their finances, Patrick ensures clients have the insight they need to grow with intention.
His approach is grounded, thoughtful, and client-first—driven by the belief that great bookkeeping creates more than clean numbers; it creates freedom.
Fun Fact: Outside of work, Patrick is an ultra-endurance athlete and mountain lover who values growth, optimism, and adventure. Whether he’s organizing a chart of accounts or on a multi-hour trail run, he’s always chasing clarity and purpose in the process.
Samantha Musser
Bookkeeper (U.S Operations), REI Finance
Samantha is a U.S.-based accountant with over a decade of experience in public accounting, including tax, audit, and bookkeeping. Having worked with a wide range of businesses, Samantha has a particular passion for supporting real estate and service based businesses helping them make sense of the numbers behind their business.
Samantha believes that great financials are more than just accurate - they should give you clarity and confidence to grow.
Samantha supports clients across the U.S. and partners with firms such as REI Finance to provide seamless accounting solutions for cross-border teams.
Fun Fact: Samantha comes from a long line of entrepreneurs and is is the youngest of 6 children. When she's not working or out with her children at sporting events, she has her nose in a book or is watching HGTV.
